Georgia Residential Contractors
Residential Basic and Light Commercial Contractors:
The renewal deadline for Residential Basic and Light Commercial Contractors is June 30, 2018. In the 2 year renewal period you need 6 hours (3 hours per year) for a Residential Basic license and 12 hours (6 hours per year) for a Residential Light Commercial license.
You can take up to 1/2 of your CE requirements online. Therefore you can take an online class one year and then an in-person class the other year.
